Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy for Website Design Projects:

Refund Eligibility:

1. If you find the initial design mockup unsatisfactory.
2. If we haven’t initiated or are unable to start your project promptly.
3. If you request cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

1. Once you’ve approved the design mockup, except if project specifications cannot be met.
2. If project delays result from lack of communication on your part.

Hosting & Domain Registration:

For canceled hosting services, a prorated refund will be provided if eligible. Yearly hosting payments will be refunded based on the monthly rate of the same plan. Domain registrations are non-refundable.
